Это явный проявление произвола и беззакония, когда правоохранительные органы, должные защищать закон и права граждан, сами его нарушают, игнорируя основные принципы справедливости. Как они смеют лишать людей свободы без должного судебного разбирательства? Где справедливость? Где закон????7 Очевидно, что в глазах следствия все мы сразу становимся преступниками, не заслуживающими даже права на защиту. Это уже не просто коррупция и произвол, это открытое презрение к основным принципам права и справедливости. Таким образом, следствие лишь подтверждает свою негодность и непригодность к исполнению своих обязанностей перед обществом. Мы, Пайщики ПК Бествей, не можем молча смотреть на это безобразие. Мы должны подниматься против этого беззакония, требовать немедленного прекращения незаконного содержания людей под стражей и привлечения виновных к ответственности. Право на свободу - одно из основных прав человека, и ни одна власть не имеет права его нарушать без веских оснований и судебного решения!!!!
